Our Strength & Metcon classes bring together the best of both worlds: strength training meets high-energy conditioning, creating a workout experience that’s as empowering as it is fun. Each class is thoughtfully structured around two key elements: a progressive strength component tailored to your current level, and an intentional, dynamic conditioning (the “metcon”) segment designed to leave you feeling accomplished and energized.
Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or looking to level up your performance, this class is your go-to for building functional strength, increasing endurance, and seeing serious results.
